Carpenter Associates is working on punch list items with Allied Cook. Expectation is to have all work completed by Monday. Space will be turned over to occupants at that time.

Aquaneering will be performing on site training on Thursday. The training will be recorded for those who cannot attend in person. Please see Walter Shannon.

Final invoices will be sent August 1. Project remains on budget and schedule. Contingency has been spent.

The Zebrafish facility located on the 1st floor of Hitchner Hall is expanding to double their space. Construction is underway, and substantial completion is anticipated for early May. The design firm is Carpenter Associates, and the construction manager is Allied Cook Construction. Funding of $875,000 is from indirect costs/F&A.
